We believe every person is created by God and invited to walk with Him through their life on earth, finding Him in all things.

Led by Randy and Jane Gooder, our mission is to walk with people on the path of life through physical health and nutrition, spiritual direction and invitations from and encounters with God Himself.

God has given us some clues to following him in this life in Jeremiah 6.16

“Stand at the crossroads”:

Take an intentional break from your daily life.

“And look”:

Examine your life as it is right now with the Holy Spirit.

“Ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is”:

Pray: God, what have you given me and how do I follow you faithfully in this life of grace?

​

“And you will find rest for your souls”:

God grant us rest!
